Autumn Fun

We have reached the end of the first Autumn Half term. We have had some much fun exploring lots of different aspect or the curriculum. We have learn all about our families, how each one is different and unique. We have explored lots of different stories and nursery rhymes, engaging with the characters and even creating our own stories. We have discovered the ways birthdays are celebrated around the world, and how they are special to lots of people. We have even held a can-drive to donate to the local community! With all this going on we have had an amazing eight weeks! We cannot wait for the next half term leading up to the winter break!

Next week is half term and we have lots of exciting and engaging activities planned for the children. The 3 and 4 year olds will be taking part in lots of craft activities based around Halloween, such as making pumpkin masks and bat wings! The Little Chicks class will also be taking part in some fun autumnal themed activities, including pumpkin carving and leaf collecting.

Stay tuned for the medium term planning for the next half term, along with rural studies and forest school. See you soon!
