Welcome to the Autumn/Winter term at Busy Bees. We hope all of the children are settling in well, making lots of new friends and enjoying their activities.
What a fun-filled term we have had! We started back in September with a few changes to the classrooms and they have gone down a treat!
What a fun and energetic week we have had! We have been learning all about music and dance and the children have loved every minute! We have made our very own musical instruments.
We have reached the end of the first Autumn Half term. We have had some much fun exploring lots of different aspect or the curriculum. We have learn all about our families.
This week all the children at Busy Bees have been exploring all the different things that they can do by themselves. All seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage have been covered.
All week we have been reading our favourite books and telling our best loved stories. We have had a wonderful time! The Little Chicks class have been reading lots of rhyming stories
This week we have been focusing on ‘Music and Dance’ as a way of expressing ourselves. We have listened to lots of different types of music, ranging from classical to jazz.
This week the topic of learning has been ‘bees’, and it has certainly kept us busy! We have learnt about the different parts of the bee, the jobs that they do and how they live.
This week, the topic of focus has been ‘Under the Sea’. The children have had a wonderful time singing new songs, creating artistic pictures and swimming like fish!
This is week’s theme has been one of our favourites so far! We have been focusing on our favourite food and have done so many activities based around this.
